Welcome to Elite14. Please read through our terms of use carefully before placing your order and/or using our website. When you use the Elite14 website and/or place an order, you agree to terms and conditions set out below and are bound by them. The terms “we” and “us” refer to Elite14. We also suggest reading our Privacy Policy Statement relating to personal information provided by you.

Changes to Terms

The following terms may change without notice to you and will apply to any future orders received.  It is your responsibility to know these changes and your continued use of the Elite14 site represents your understanding and acceptance of these changes.

Shipping/ Delivery

Here at ELITE 14, we strive to bring you the highest quality leggings at the best possible prices.  Each pair is manufactured and hand-made in our own factory, so to do this we must ship directly from the factory to you.  For maximum estimated shipping times please review the chart below, however approximately 90% of our products are delivered to your door within 1 week.

APO Addresses

Your order will be delivered by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by a US courier. Most orders will be delivered by USPS so the parcel will be received with your regular mail, depending on your order. If you aren’t available when the delivery is made, the mail carrier will leave a card instructing how and where your delivery can be picked up. A signature may be required for larger deliveries.

Product Information

We do everything in our power to accurately depict the products we sell. It should be noted that the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. Because the variety of computer hardware used by our customers, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate and based on US standards. Going by those standards, we make an effort to deliver the most accurate sizes we are able to. We have made size charts available on the product pages throughout our website.

We have done our best to provide details, descriptions, and prices of products on our site that are accurate. If we feel a product has been misrepresented, we reserve the right to refuse orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include sales tax and shipping charges which will be added where applicable. Products ordered are subject to availability. There is a delay between order placement and the time when the order is accepted. Due to this, there may be inventory changes in the availability of the product. If availability changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Returns or Exchanges

It is your responsibility to return the unwanted item(s) to Elite14.

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives in the mail to review, and if necessary, return or exchange it. Your return package must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the original USPS/UPS delivery confirmation.

Once we receive your return, Elite14 will send you your agreed upon compensation within one business day. If there is an issue, such as the item being out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible.

We are unable to accept returns/exchanges if:

-Item(s) were a final sale item

-Item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition

-Item(s) have been worn or washed

-Item(s) have been altered

-Item(s) do not have the original tags on them

Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:

Place items in a box with email confirmation or original receipt and a note detailing what you would us to do to remedy your situation. We cannot process an exchange or refund without your receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used during your purchase, or in the form of store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment source than the one they originally came from. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them and they should be processed within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, we can not give refunds for worn, washed, or otherwise altered items. It should be noted that we cannot refund shipping fees except in cases of shipping errors.

Our restocking fee is $5.00 per item and will be applied to all returns.


Enrolling in our ELITE 14 VIP Membership Program (which includes a monthly, automatic purchase feature as described below), you agree to be bound by these terms, so please review this entire page carefully. These Terms are designed to clearly provide you with a description of the ELITE14 VIP Membership Program and general terms and conditions regarding purchasing products from ELITE14 and use of this Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase  ELITE14 products from this Site or to use Elite14' services. The Company reserves the right in its discretion to revise the Terms from time to time, so please check back here periodically for updates. By continuing to use or purchase products from this Site and/or by remaining a member of the ELITE14 VIP Membership Program, you accept and agree to the Company's right to revise the Terms from time to time and to be bound by such changes, so long as they are promptly posted on the Site or emailed to the email account we have on record for you. If you do not wish to be bound to these Terms (or any revisions to these Terms), please do not use this Site or the Company's services and immediately cancel your ELITE14 VIP Membership by calling one of our customer service representatives at  1-855-565-9898.


As an ELITE14 VIP Member, you will be able to shop with your credits at any time they never expire and they always roll over. You may also cancel your ELITE14VIP Membership at any time.


If you do not 'Skip This Month' option, select an item for purchase or cancel your membership before your next rebill day of the month, your credit card will be billed $49.99 for that month and you will receive an Elite14 credit that can be redeemed toward the purchase of any ELITE14 item in any future month.


As an ELITE14 VIP customer you are receiving 50% off or more monthly on any item in the elite14.com store we have over 1700 different products and you will be sure to get exclusive VIP offers.


You will also receive emails, newsletters, special offers and other updates to maximize your shopping experience.



Depending on your mood, as a  VIP Member, you will have the following options each month:

  1. 'Skip This Month'. There is no obligation to select and buy an item each month. You may select to, call us at any time to skip a month we operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week 1-855-565-9898. If you do not call in before your next billing, you will be charged $49.99 and you will receive one ELITE14 gift card. Each ELITE 14 credit can be redeemed toward the purchase of any item on the site. If your purchase is more than your credits, simply pay the difference with your credit/debit card. If your purchase is less than your credits, the balance will be applied to your account as store credit. Even if you decide to 'Skip This Month', you may return to your Outfits at any time to make a selection.


You may cancel your ELITE 14 VIP Membership Account at any time. If you wish to cancel your Account, simply call our ELITE 14 VIP Consultants at 1-855-565-9898., Every Day, 24 hours a day. There is no cancellation fee. Please be advised that an account may only be canceled by the registered ELITE14 VIP Member.



Credits cannot be used to pay your initial monthly purchase fee. Credits can only be used toward purchasing additional items. If you have multiple credits, you may redeem them together or separately, in a single month or gradually over time. Credits have no cash value and can only be redeemed toward purchasing an item. You can also gain credits by returning an order for credit.
